Tie Guan Yin is my favorite type of true tea. Tie Guan Yin translates to Iron Goddess of Mercy, and this is a pure loose leaf oolong tea straight from my favorite company in China.

Oolong teas are semi-oxidized, which puts them in a category between green and black teas in flavor and appearance. Oolong tea caffeine content is also in between green and black tea.

This tea is 100% natural Camellia sinensis (tea) plant that has been dried to somewhere between green and black tea. That is the only ingredient. No flavors added.
