Please choose whether you'd like this mix with a green tea base to give you a slight energy boost, or the 100% herbal caffeine free version.

This blend includes rose petals. Because roses are pretty and nice, and you deserve to feel pretty and nice even when you're crampy, bloated, and/or bleeding out of your uterus.

The total ingredients are: Rose petals, Calendula, Peppermint, Ginger, Thyme, Dandelion root, and optional loose Green tea.

All teas are 100% natural plant ingredients. Most hand-picked in Vermont. No flavors (Or anything) added.
